I was surpised there was only one small trashcan in the bathroom and no trashcans in the room

Toilet water kept me as it would turn on every 30 seconds and sound of swishing was anoying complaind to the desk they said thank you for letting us know will get to it. That was it!

This charming spot is centrally located, offering fine decor and a peaceful atmosphere. Loved the amazing view of the garden!

Clean rooms, affordable price, friendly staff. Would definitely put this hotel on my list of places to stay and would suggest it to friends. Restaurant, bar and gift shop all on the premises which was a plus.

This hotel is very comfortable and has a little bit of everything. The rooms are nicely decorated. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping.

How it stacks up, my honest take

A beautiful gem with fine decor that gives you a taste of Mexico! My room was spacious and clean were nice, while the friendly staff were a delight to interact with. Just a heads up, though, the restaurant could use some variety, but the atmosphere easily makes up for it.

Friendly check-in staff. easy to get to room, clean.

Road noise made for disrupted sleep. Sounded almost like window was open! Sirens and car traffic were loud enough to wake us several times. If the hotel had been busier, hallway traffic would have likely been an issue too--we could see the light from the hall all the way around our door--not a good seal for light or sound. Finding the front of the hotel is difficult when you arrive in the parking lot as is figuring our where to park, which ends up being pretty far from the lobby and front door.

Friendly staff, nice decor but the patio room felt a bit cramped and dungeon-like.

Next time would ask for room in back of motel,,sonic drive in accross the street was loud

Was passing through Las Cruces and needed a place to stay. I booked Hotel Encanto not know what to expect and was absolutely delighted. Fabulous place to stay, the rates were more than reasonable.

The stay offered very nice outdoor beauty with lush landscaping and a fine pool area that complemented the exquisite decor. The friendly staff were very good. Dining was a highlight, with delicious meals that included fresh fruits. The short stay left little time to enjoy all the amenities, and the room was slightly smaller than expected for the price, leading to a cozy but cramped feel.

The hotel is just minutes from Mountain View Medical Center. It is also just across the street from the mall. The location and all the amenities were excellent.

Every detail of this upscale property was good. The room was spotless and huge with patio, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. Favourable central location near to the grounds and interior, business center, and the gift shop. Food in the poolside bar was outstanding. Very comfortable stay, we were there for 2 days.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were just terrible.
